In a recent corporate visit held at the Ever Bilena Cosmetics Inc. (EBCI) headquarters in Caloocan City, five candidates for Miss Universe Philippines 2023 stood out by winning the highly-coveted Ms. Hello Glow 2023 title.
During the event, 40 Miss Universe PH beauty queens participated in a fun outdoor fashion show while strutting down the runway wearing their elegant pink evening gowns. Maxine Medina, Miss Universe Philippines 2016, Dioceldo Sy, CEO of EBCI, and Denice Sy, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of EBCI, comprised the elite panel that judged the women vying for the title of Miss Hello Glow 2023.
In the end, Ms. Bohol Pauline Amelinckx, Ms. Cavite Samantha Alexandra Panlilio, Ms. Cebu Province Emmanuelle Vera, Ms. Makati Michelle Dee, and Ms. Quezon City Mary Eileen Gonzales were chosen as the top five candidates. On May 23, 2023, during the grand coronation night of Miss Universe Philippines 2023, the overall Hello Glow award winner will be revealed.

Maxine Medina, the 2016 Miss Universe Philippines, gave the contestants some of her own advise. "You should embrace your story, always love yourself, and have more self-confidence in your skin."
